Friends Season 4The fourth season of the series was premiered on September 25, 1997. The fourth season of the series had twenty four episodes in it. The fourth season began with Monica getting stung by jellyfish and she takes help from Joey and Chandler. In order to ease the pain Chandler pees on her. Ross and Rachel are back again together after Rachel thinks that Ross has taken all responsibilities for all the flaws in their relationship and when Ross comes to know about that, he must clear the misunderstanding. In the next episode, a cat enters the café and sniffs Phoebe’s guitar, making her believe that her dead mother’s spirit is in the cat. Joey tries to sell his entertainment unit, but instead of selling it he loses out on all the stuff that was there in his and Chandler’s apartment. Monica is dating Chip Matthews, but soon dumps him because he is not mature. In the next episode, Chandler is once again dating Rachel’s boss, but decides to break up with her when she handcuffs him to her office chair. Monica is catering a party for her mother but while she is preparing the food she loses one of her fake finger nails in the food. In the next episode, Phoebe gets fired from her job for fooling around with a client and also loses the guy. Joey must help the superintendent with his skills of ballroom dancing if he wants that the superintendent should let Monica and Rachel in their apartment, which they have been using illegally.
Chandler is planning to quit the gym because he doesn’t go there, but can’t leave the membership because of the beautiful girls. When Ross goes with Chandler in order to not change his mind, he too ends up becoming a member of the gym. In the next episode, Chandler falls in love with Joey’s girlfriend, but unknowingly as he did not know that even Joey is dating her. When Rachel comes to know that Ross is going around she becomes jealous and ends up going around with a college student. Phoebe catches a cold which makes her voice stuffy. She then tries singing in that voice and ends up liking her that voice. In the next episode,
Ross was completely satisfied with her new girlfriend until he visits her apartment and finds out that she keeps her apartment really dirty. Monica then tries to clean her apartment. Its Kathy’s birthday and Chandler and Joey both are planning to give her something. In the next episode, Chandler must decide between the girl of his dreams and his best friend, especially after he has shared a kiss with Kathy. Chandler is feeling guilty and in order to overcome his guilt he buys new furniture and appliances for the apartment. Joey comes to know about the kiss and gets very upset. On the other hand, Ross starts playing keyboard again which he has not done since college.
